In 2005 I was running a fence and deck construction company in Sacramento, CA. I decided to move home and get my real estate license. I thought that being a REALTOR was about buying and selling Real Estate. Shortly after I got my license, the market crashed. As the market dropped, I quickly found out two things; 1.
